JENNIFER NATTABI

Jennifer is an educator and community advocate with significant experience in school leadership, youth development, and educational partnerships. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, where her research focuses on empowering young people and strengthening community-based support systems. Previously, Jennifer served as Deputy Principal of St. Andrews Matale Secondary School in Uganda, a partner institution of the Harambee Center. In this role, she led academic programming, supported student development, and helped facilitate the sister school partnership with Southridge High School.

She also maintains a professional affiliation with the International Center for Child Health and Development (ICHAD) and is committed to expanding educational opportunities for youth. She brings leadership, cross-cultural insight, and a deep passion for community empowerment to the Harambee Center Board.
