They discussed their diverse life experiences, their desire to make the world a better place, and their enthusiasm for utilizing Rotary District 5100 and The Rotary Foundation’s tools to support service projects. This led to a partnership with Harambee Centre on two Global Grants, a water project in Uganda, and then the Najijali Project in Kenya to empower teen mothers to become financially independent. Through work in Kenya, Tammy’s club has created a deep connection with Harambee Centre and Grace Resources for Community Action (GRECA).
